We offer a very private and secluded peninsula on Douglas Lake that has year round lake frontage and a seasonal dock ( April to late September ) shared community loading ramp that joins the property as well. Your lower section of the home is extremely private both from the them and any neighbors as well. Property Managers occupy the upstairs level of this home. You have your own parking and private entrance. From the pool area the mountain views are remarkable and with the lake for a backdrop, what more could one need? And for fall the VIEWS of the color changed leaves are unbelievable !! From the peninsula you have extensive long range mountain and lake views also. This property has free wireless Internet access. The peninsula has a fishing pier, nice large dock with slip, large octagon picnic table and fire pit with wood supplied to enjoy some great nights on the lake. This home features appx 2000 sq ft and 2 Master suites that both open up to the pool and hot tub patio, a sleeper sofa in the living room also for extra sleeping.... The pool area features tons of open space with loungers, chairs , umbrella table and swing.. a few pool toys are also there but feel free to bring your own. There is also lots of covered area as well for those needing shade or on a rainy day. In the months of April, May, September and October the pool can be heated for you for a fee. There is a charcoal grill and don't forget the 5 person hot tub...The home features a kitchen den and dining combo that has garden doors and ceiling to floor windows that open to the pool patio as well maximizing your views from any room in the house..
