Welcome to the Quiet Cove
Here nature is abundant and the serene sounds of the lake are just about 35 ft from the back door. With trees on both sides of the property, Quiet Cove is very secluded and lives up to its name. Beautiful glass windows in the kitchen/den area bring the lake inside, and just off the kitchen is a sunroom/dining area with more windows to enjoy the long-range lake and mountain views. There is a wonderful deck off the sunroom with a grill and chairs. Back inside there is a black iron spiral staircase handcrafted by the Menonnite's to take you downstairs to the gameroom/den where there is a Foosball table, TV/DVD/VCR and a fireplace to warm those chilly evenings. Just off the basement door is a patio area great for sunbathing or taking in the evening sunsets. From there it is a very gentle slope to the water of only about 35 to 40 ft. It is perfect for small children. There at the water's edge is a private boat dock with boat slip and sunbathing deck just waiting for your use. Our home is located approximately 5 minutes from the Historic Town of Dandridge and we are 1.5 miles from the Dandridge Seafood House. We are also approximately 5 miles from Interstate 40 exit #417 making our home very convenient to anywhere you want to go. Please enjoy our home and make some memories that will last a lifetime.
